1.1 Account Information

1.2 Camera & Device Information

The mobile app does not collect camera or device information. Cameras, including their names, models, and connection settings, are managed exclusively through the OHZ web portal.

1.3 Video & Audio Data

The mobile app displays live video streams from cameras owned by your organization. It does not record video or audio, and it does not capture from your device's camera or microphone.

1.4 Usage & Analytics

The mobile app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect:

• App usage statistics
• Crash logs from your device
• Browser/device fingerprints
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

Server-side, we keep minimal authentication logs (login timestamps, request IDs) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and authorize requests against your organization's data
• Display cameras, events, incidents, and groups belonging to your organization
• Maintain the security of your account
• Prevent unauthorized access or misuse

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or cross-app or cross-site tracking.

3. Who Can See Your Data

We do not sell your information.

Your data may be visible only to:

• You and other authorized users in your organization
• Our secure servers
• Law enforcement only if legally required

Third-party service providers may assist with:

• Cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services)

All providers operate under strict confidentiality and security standards.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all API traffic
• Encrypted password storage (server-side)
• iOS Keychain (via expo-secure-store) for authentication tokens on the device
• DTLS-SRTP encryption for live video streams (per the WebRTC standard)
• Access-controlled servers in AWS US regions

Although no system can guarantee 100% security, we follow industry best practices to keep your data safe.

5. Data Retention

• Account and profile information is kept while your account is active in your organization.
• You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Access your data
• Update your account information
• Delete your account permanently (via your organization administrator)
• Request all data we store about you

7. Cookies

The mobile app does not use cookies.

No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

OHZ Intelligence is not intended for individuals under 13.
